Billing Module Integration through Paypal

Billing system with Paypal will allow advertisers to purchase campaigns inventory.
Here, the administrator can set the banner's price per 1000 impressions or 1000 clicks and the advertiser will be able to purchase 1000 clicks or 1000 impressions through PAYPAL.
After purchasing impressions, advertiser's campaign will be added by purchased clicks or impressions.
This plug-in will provide Interface for the administrator where he can set global price for clicks per thousands and according to the last months click, he can see billing amount for all publishers, which he need to pay.

Advanced Advertiser Signup (Paypal) with all permissions

Advertiser can create his own account, self register and can upload their own banners and can manage their accounts by themselves.
At the time of signup, the user has to pay certain amount to become an advertiser and this amount can be set by administrator.

Helps the publisher to rotate two or more banners.
Gives you high CPC ratio as more banners will interact with the user using the same zone in the same page.
Publisher or the Adserver Admin can set the time of rotation like, 10 sec, 15 sec,etc,. The banner will be automatically be changed or rotated with other banners, which are of the same sizes with the provided time interval.
